At PERFUME CASTLE, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help with an easy return or replacement process.

Eligibility

  • You can request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery.
  • Accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • All requests are reviewed and approved by our support team before processing.
  • Replacement will be shipped after the returned product is received.

Not Eligible

  • Fused fragrances (two or more perfumes mixed).
  • Sale or discounted items.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds as fragrances are consumable items. However, we are happy to assist with a replacement whenever eligible.
